چکیده

This study aimed at assessing the MICs (Minimum Inhibitory Concentrations) and MBCs Bactericidal of methanolic extracts from 4 different parts (leaves, seeds, stem, roots) plant Moringa oleifera against bacteria E. coli S. aureus. Phytochemical profile each extract has been determined using LC/MS analyses. Microbial analyses were done 96-wells plate method. Results showed that four on plants contain heterosides glucosinolates. Iridoids found in leaves, stem roots. Flavonoids leaves stem. Phenolic acids only carboxylic The abundance number identified compounds a given class varied one part to another. with respect microorganism plant. Against roots whereas seeds was bactericidal.
